Sony's PlayStation VR2 headset will cost $550 in the United States when it is released on February 22, 2023, over two years after it was initially revealed.
With an OLED screen, a 110-degree field of view, and 4K HDR compatibility, the PSVR2 headset is a significant improvement over its predecessor. Additionally, it supports up to 120Hz for gaming play and better frame rates. You won't need to set up extra cameras to follow your motions because the VR headgear includes four cameras incorporated into the front of the display. Our first hands-on with the PlayStation VR2 left us impressed, and my colleague Jay Peters called it a significant enhancement and an enhanced single-cable setup.
Sony revealed in a blog post Wednesday morning that the $550 bundle will include two tracked, portable "PS VR2 Sense" controllers and stereo headphones. The VR-exclusive Horizon Call of the Mountain will be included in a $600 bundle.Some of those titles are:
