Elon Musk asserts that Apple has "largely stopped" providing Twitter ads and is putting moderation requirements in place.

Elon Musk, the CEO of Twitter, claims that Apple has reduced its Twitter advertising. Musk questioned whether Apple detests "free speech" in a tweet in which he claimed that Apple has "largely ceased" its Twitter advertisements.

Musk then tweeted information from businesses that Apple had moderation talks with and published a poll asking if Apple should "public any censorship actions" taken that have an effect on customers. Additionally, he shared the 1984 parody video from Epic Games that claimed Apple controls the App Store.

Due to Musk's attitude to moderation and the re-enabling of previously suspended and banned accounts, including those of former U.S. President Donald Trump, advertisers have been reducing their use of Twitter-based ad campaigns since Musk took over Twitter.

Over the past two weeks, Musk has fired more than half of Twitter's staff, including a significant portion of those responsible for creating policies and controlling content. Due to the botched launch of the $8 Twitter Blue subscription, which included account verification, this has upset advertisers. Twitter users discovered immediately that they could spoof well-known accounts and businesses for $8, which caused mayhem on the site.
